Promotions - Terms of Entry

PEST STOP™ “Facebook promotion - IBOO™ GIVEAWAY” (the competition).

​TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

  1. ​HOW TO ENTER the PEST STOP Facebook - WIN an IBOO Fly Zapper promotion.
You must visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PestStopNZ.  The requirement for entry is to 1) Like the PEST STOP Facebook Page (by clicking the provided LIKE button) and 2) Like the Promotional Post and 3) Comment on the Facebook post according to the question noted in the promotional post.
  1. The prize is one IBOO™ Fly Zapper valued at NZ $185.00 (in a colour of your choice)- according to available stock. The winner will be selected by PEST STOP™ at our discretion and the draw will take place end of December 2022. Winners will be notified directly.
  1. All Entries must be submitted before the closing date of 30 December 2022.  No product purchase is necessary for entry. Any prizes that remain unclaimed after six months will be forfeited and a redraw may take place.
  1. The prize will be drawn / announced in the days following the prize draw. Winners will be contacted directly by email or Facebook comments or messenger services.
  1. Your Entry into this competition is consent to use your first name for public announcement purposes. The promoter will not publicly identify your address or personal details other than your name and geographic location in any prize announcement. (i.e winner is Bob from xyz Town.)
  1. The promoters will be unable to enter you in the draw unless you provide all the information requested and abide by these Terms of Entry. All information must be valid and correct at time of entry.
  1. We respect your privacy. All entries become the property of D2K Ltd. You have the right to access and update any personal information held by us.
  1. Information on how to enter the competition and the prizes on offer form part of the terms and conditions of entry.  Please note - by entering this competition, you automatically agree to all these terms & conditions of entry.​
  1. The promoter “D2K Limited” reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any entries at any time before, during or after the prize draw for any reason, and at their sole discretion. The promoter reserves the right to alter competition parameters, Terms of Entry and prizes at any time. 
  1. The competition is run under the legal jurisdiction of New Zealand.
  1. The competition is open to New Zealand residential addresses only. You must be 18 years or older to enter the prize draws. No overseas addresses or entries qualify.
  1. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash value.
  1. The promoter accepts 'no liability' for any personal injury, damages or Ill-effect for any persons entering and engaging in any of our prize draws and promotions nor do we accept liability for any injury or ill effect for persons redeeming or using our prizes and/or products. Always use pest control products with care and in accordance with labels and manufacturer’s instructions. These competition / promotion “Terms of Entry” do not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
