Refund policy
Sale and Return Policy
PEST STOP™ have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unpacked or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the sale receipt or other proof of purchase.
Items where original packaging is damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange except at the total discretion of PEST STOP™. We do not accept refunds due to customer change of mind - so please choose carefully.
If supplied goods are faulty, PEST STOP™ will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
To activate a return, you can contact us at info@peststop.co.nz .
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation with a returns form, which will include instructions on how and where to send your package. The return is at your own cost within a 14 day period of the purchase and we recommend packing the goods appropriately and keep original packaging tidy as we only accept refund on products in their original packaging with 'no tape or packaging or product damage'.
Note that items sent back to PEST STOP™ without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are returned damaged may not be fully refunded and may be sent back at the purchaser’s own cost.Â
PEST STOP™ reserve the right to 'refuse' or 'reduce 'the refundable value of products at their discretion.

PEST STOP reserve the right to update and change ANY special offers, FREE Freight deals, Promotional End-dates and Terms, Website Pricing and Any Customer Offers (whatsoever or howsoever made) at any time - and at our sole discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate any issues and / or concerns and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as lures, or certain sealed/wrapped goods), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). PEST STOP™ reserve the right to refuse any goods deemed non-returnable at their total discretion. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 'sale items' or 'gift cards'.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to either 1) return the item you have to PEST STOP™, (only return after the return / exchange request is accepted by PEST STOP™), or 2) make a separate purchase for a replacement / new item. This can be done whilst PEST STOP™ process any due exchange or refund.
Refunds
PEST STOP™ will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method to the agreed amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
